Meet Addt'l LLC

We are a women owned, women operated, small business in Cross Lake, Minnesota. Addt’l started as an idea between mother & daughter to fulfill an internship requirement for the software engineering program at University of Minnesota, Crookston. Tracy (pictured top) taking on the responsibility of business ownership, President/CFO – after having previous small business start-up experience and 20 years of Accounting/Finance experience. Molly (pictured bottom) a software engineering major, working towards her Bachelors in Software Engineering, developing the structure & technical aspects of the company.

The main focus of Addt'l is to provide affordable solutions to small businesses. Especially women-owned businesses.
Providing entry-level full-stack full-cycle development experience for interns in the software engineering field.
♡ Most importantly a mission to promote women in STEM.

The current stage is start-up, grant applications, business structure, & minimum viable product.
